ESTRADURIN® (POLYESTRADIOL PHOSPHATE)

Estradurin® is a polymere of estradiol phosphate having estrogenic activity similar to that of estradiol. Used as pallitive therapy for advanced, inoperable prostate cancer.

Powder and solvent for injection, solution

Vial containing freeze-dried powder: polyestradiol phosphate 80mg + mepivacain hydrochloride 5mg

2ml colourless ampoule containing solvent: Water for injection

After preparation 1ml of injection contains 40mg polyestradiol and 2.5mg mepivacain hydrochloride

Pack size: 1 x 80mg or 10 x 80mg
